Shipping Policy

For a clear pre-purchase understanding, orders can be delivered only in the United States. Free standard shipping applies throughout the U.S., and each dispatched package is accompanied by tracking.

Within this policy, order preparation normally takes 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Carrier transit is estimated at 4-6 business days after dispatch.

As an operating standard, checkout contact information is used for the shipping confirmation and tracking number. The customer must ensure that the destination is accurate; we will try to act on an immediate correction but cannot promise a change after fulfillment has started.

As part of our service commitment, carrier congestion, weather events, delivery-address issues, high-demand periods, and external disruptions may delay an otherwise estimated arrival.

In keeping with our customer promise, cancellation is available before shipment; a dispatched purchase is handled under the Refund Policy. Taxes are collected when applicable law requires them.
